THE FAMILY OF HOOK UP

I am expermenting some new spices and , i think i have mastered the silverwood flava.
after smoking in charwood for 3 hrs, i added the sauce at last.

sticky
yummy
tender
and more sticky.

glad to here we have some tasty mouths today.

im doing some sweet ribs today ( labor day ) .
they are almost done.
also making some wierd sausage called MOTO.

been making ribs all week.
the family keeps requesting more, and thats a good sign of SILVERWOOD READY RIBS.
