Hey, in California, the license money seems to be used to stifle all fishing--and hunting activities-- to benefit all knuckle-headed enviros and anti-saltwater fishing half-witted enthusiasts who regularly contribute gangloads of cash to the Gov-In-Ator himself, Arnold(he always dodges political affiliation by going after the ritual cash offerings. i.e. for $100,000 he will endorse any party-any party that guarantees cash--up front! ). That's where your license money went, bro, to the highest bidder(WORD)that guarantees that the catfish plants you expect will happen--but the DFG must--under political pressure from Arnold's enviro high rollers--roll over like a coward dog and embrace all new cash solvent devotees(corrupt politicians, all those tentacles extended beyond the law) and if you can't go fishing because of all these restrictive requirements, I hate to get Scriptural, but: "Have mercy on your, soul."

Well luckily the Cats have mercy on my soul. Heres some pics of the Kitties we've pulled out of a local golf course pond we used to put catfish in. This has been in the last 2 weeks and the first pic was last night.

Cat showing me some love.

Just raging against the machine I guess !
