FELLAS, dont mind the dog and cats.
as there waiting also for a try of THE SECRET SILVERWOOD DODO CAMP OUT RECIPE.

FIRST, find your self a fat chunk of pork roast, NOT STRIPER, but pork roast.
a 6lb of roast must be treated with care and a few seasoning.

southeast tri tip seasoning
garlic salt
olive oil for rubing base
and basil

rub the olive oil by hand all over the roast
mix all seasoning together and rub deeply on roast.
set misquite fire at 450 degree
best to use kingfords.
with an eye on the thermostate, make sure you keep adding wood to fire for 450 degree.

this means , check your temp for 450 degree , till its ready.
the average cooking time is 4 hrs to 6 hrs, depending on what type of grill you have.

what i did is set the fire on the side, and check ( 450degree) at every 1/2 hr for 4 hrs.
add wood when needed, and do not let the temp drop below 350 degree, or it will dry up.

so this simple recipe is commonly used, and sure enough SILVERWOOD will have a taste of it.
lol, enjoy and always remember, keep at 450 at all times for 4 to 6 hrs.
