i need a recipe for a appetizer involving tuna with a Italian accent the best i have come up with is cevecie or tuna wrapped with presudo and sautéed with hints of garlic and fresh herbs this also needs to be a cold thing or be able to stay in a chafing dish for 10-20 min. i need this for my culinary arts class because we are serving a womans club funtion dinner. it also cant be the most conplex thing be cause i need it for almost 60 or so people and the people i work with are not the sharpest tools in the shed
depends on what kind of tuna. for bluefin and albacore, tuna tempura = awesome. or u can just put flour batter and deep fry. pretty much the same thing. havent tried yellowfin yet. i stress the word YET
