Kayak Fishing Clinic Sat. March 22nd 8am

Hey guys just browsing Craig's list and came across this ad thought I share it with the rest of you incase anyone was interested. I have never been to one of these seminars so I can't say if they are helpful or not. But hey they got free food and free raffle and it might be a good way to kill a Saturday if you have nothing planned.

UP Sports with the Okuma Kayak Fishing Team will be holding a FREE on water kayak fishing clinic Saturday from 8am-Noon followed by a FREE lunch and raffle. You must provide all your own equipment including the kayak and fishing gear. Sign in is from 8am-8:15 at the UP Sorts Kayak Trailer at Baby Beach in Dana Point Harbor. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER BY CALLING UP SPORTS (949) 443-5161!

Are they supplying kayaks? I have my own but would like to try another brand. I think I'll go, Love free food. Do you think they'll have lobster? Thanks for the info.

It says you must provide your own gear, including yaks. Good luck on the lobster, lol.

I've been to that store... very helpful guys! They used to Sell Up Sport Kayaks (which is the Kayak brand my wife use) but now they got bought out by Cobra Kayaks.

I'd say try calling the number and asking someone there, if UP Sports does not know maybe someone at Okuma can tell you. I've never been to one of these so I don't know.

Since they fish the Plastic Navy tourney trail, I'm guessing rigging a kayak, fishing for the three slatwater bass, calico, sand and spotties, and I'm sure, the okuma fishing lineup.
