HAVE NOT HAD BLUE GILLS IN YEARS.
so i came up with an idea.
1) chop head / guts out
2) rinse and clean off scales
3) a sauce pan is needed for the homemade crushed garlic, lemon , sweet basil sauce.
im in a expermental mode, so im going to deep fry the gills.
then pour the garlic,lemon,sweet basil sauce over it.
the side dish is

DODOMAN WILD RICE

, and dont ask whats in it.
my wife will never know.lol
