Saturday:
On Saturday I got down to the creek at about 11:15AM we fished until about 8PM. I fished the many pools where the salmon were holding, hoping for a bow or dolly to bite. It was about 1 hour until I hooked one and it was a very nice fish. I fought it for a few minutes then when I got it right up to me in the shallows I put the net down to make it an easier process of removing the hook and I pushed the hook out of its mouth. So no picture of that beauty but it was about 15". Very nice coloration to it. I caught one 8 " Dolly a little later but no more trout that day. I hooked plenty of salmon though and they quickly broke me off.

Sunday:
Got out today at about 11:30AM and fished until 4PM. It was a pretty good day for us. I used dirty roe 8mm beads and hooked a ton of salmon smolt along with a few dollies. I put some stronger leader on with a Babine Special a little later. Got one to bite my fly! I actually got it on the bank also without it breaking. It was a good fight and a pretty healthy one at that. Getting a little red from being in the creek for a little while though. Here are some pics from today.

I am going for the 20"+ rainbow and trying to get it before the water freezes over! :veryhappy:
