DODOMAN NEEDS A RIDE TO THE DUCT

hello all, my zoop zoop trooper is at the age where i might have to put her to sleep. she has over 225,000 miles .
lately she has not been coopertave and , i dont think she,s gonna make it to the ducts.

i will have next week off sat/ sunday, and dodoman is stranded on vehicles.
i do have the secondary ( volvo ) but my wife uses it all the time.

so hears the deal, if i do get sat/ sun off next week , and anyone is heading to the duct or any striper lakes, please p.m. me , and i can help with the fuel and lunch.............

Louie, I may be up for it next weekend however, we'd have to fish somewhere in your area as it's a ##### driving up to SB, then to Palmdale, back to SB & finally L.A. How about Silverwood? That's still sorta a straight shot. If you wanna hit the ducts that badly, I'm sure it won't take much to convince me though.

Let's see how next week plays out and keep our options open. I wanna go "Moonlight Fishing" though. How's that sound?

p/s the regulars who fishes silverwood says, ITS BEST TO FISH AT NIGHT .
use swimbaits at the shores.
anything that floats and makes splashes/ noise.

i better go put some fresh line on tonight, this may be the ticket.

You're RIGHT about it being COOOOOOLD up at the 'Wood. But you're #### out of luck with that fire. The last time that I was up there I stopped at the Korean BBQ Restaurant (Yummy) & they said business was GREAT because campers weren't allowed to start fires due to the recent Forest Fires. I'd double check on that.

If anything, we can all just huddle up into one big Schlong-Fish-Fest-Athon.

i do have a great idea, if we show up around 3 pm on saturday, we can pitch a few tents and bring ready food in a ice chest, no fire is needed, and we can fish all night , and who ever want to crash out , can do.

will depart sunday in the morning, whatcha think.

this rod is one of my striper collection rod series, that i have not used yet in the lake.
its designed to cast bigggggggggggg soft plastics , and bait.......hehehehe, cant wait to use it.
