Antique Grasshopper Fly

A friend of mine sent me this pict of a antique hand tied Grasshopper fly he recieved from his Grandfather. Think it is made of straw and not sure what else. Just thought some of you Fly Fishing guys might find it cool.

lol a little tamale, few drops of tobasco and probably taste almost like one.

I have no idea what it is made of, but the friend who sent me the pict lives up in the Oregon/Washington boonies area I think.
