9.29.07 Beaten at the Creek
Well, it finally happened. My youngest girl outfished me today. She managed to land 4 more fish than I did today. She also caught the biggest fish of the day!
 We caught 21 fish today, 10 of which were hers!! It was a mixed bag of LMB, longear sunfish and the one stoneroller. The bass came in on topwaters and the rest of the fish were caught on mini tubes. We had a great time, weather was very nice and the water was glassy. She's never going to let me hear the end of this, lol.  |

I caught three longear sunfish, but not big enough for the Competiton. I was trying to find more of the spots that the LMB were hanging out in. Need to scope them out for next season, when they get bigger.

I would never push her in for catching more fish than me. For fun, yes. But she likes it, lol. They both are making their dad very proud. They love the outdoors and fishing. What more could I ask for?
