Seattle Washington 2007 Picture Added

Hey guys, I know its been a while since my last post but Iv'e been really busy these last couple months. Just wanted to let you guys know I went to seattle for my annual fishing trip this year and man was it epic. We fished the usual lake sammamish this year in hopes of my first king and more fat cutts. On the first day of four, the kings were pretty sketchy with the bite lasting from 5-8. Some people managed them but mostly all jacks ranging anywhere from 4-10 pounds. The first day showed us no love for the kings but Mike(my guide) and I still managed some nice cutts up to 17 inches. I was hoping the rains would turn on the salmon bite for the next day, and headed there with high hopes. And bout 30 minutes into the day we got the hit we had been waiting for and the fight was on. About 5 minutes later we had my first salmon in the boat that weighed 25 pounds. This would be the only salmon of the trip but its all I needed. We ended the day with 8 more cutts that were all around 18 + inches. Back at the ramp we had a lot of compliments telling us that we had gotten the biggest king of the season so far ( I have to admit, I was pretty stoked). The next two days produced more cutts then I could count going up to 20 inches. All the trout had blood red meat that even makes the alpers trout taste rather mediocre.( No clue how to spell that). I also managed some smallies off my aunt and uncles dock which kept me entertained on the side. I have some pictures of these fish, but they arent digis, so Ill try and scan them some how. Anyways guys, Im back, and here to stay!

Whatever! It's no fun it isn't me holding that fish. I could'a gotten a bigger one. Big deal!!!

Nah, I'm just kidding man. My doppelganger took over and showed his jealous side. That is a sweet fish! Sounds like you had a ball on your trip and that there is a once in a lifetime fish if you don't live on that side of the woods.

Thanks for the pic and congrats on your catch! How did you cook it and how'd it taste?

Don't worry Mickey, we all know your kidding, like you could actually catch a fish in the first place. Although I'm convinced you limited on your trip last week to Ralphs grocery store.

You'll never catch a king because there's only one king of this forum.

Haha I'd be jealous too that fish was still in great condition. We caught it on an orange f-18 behind a green dodger. That fish will be on my mind for a while. That and my albie.
