Tarpoon anyone? Fish-taco stories

My friend Martin took off to south Mexico (Holbox, Quintana Roo)
to fish for tarpoon a.k.a. "Sabalo"
he took his chihuahua Avet 2 speed Reel to test it

The Panga boat found the dish and moved around
to stop in front of the fish path,
Sabalos were boiling, sort of like tuna boil
but they swin like dolphins, (not dorado)
Martin casted a rapala
and wham ! his first Tarpoon,
kicked his but, like no other fish
So strong and acrobatic, he said..
jumps up to 3 yards up in the air..
Running and almost spooling the reel
Chasing the fish with the boat...
after a 45 min battle, The fish was released
- tuna-master Martin, was all smiles
and said this unknown part of Mexico
is loaded with silver warriors.
Martin lives in San Diego
and will join hook up soon.

That thing is huge. It looks like it was bigger than the boat. Way to go!
